Phillies Game for "Feed the Hungry" campaign - Tuesday, August 8th
We would like to purchase 20 tickets in bulk to get a discount for the game but need to know if we can get 20 people signed up. Who wants to go? Please reply back to this email.
The Phillies will donate approx. 50% of the Ticket Price to the RI Foundation for every ticket sold by
Rotarians. Each Club will get Foundation credits for every dollar donated from their ticket sales.
The money will be contributed in your Club’s name and your Club will receive acknowledgment from the RI Foundation in that amount. Clubs can elect to have the money go to Annual Giving or PolioPlus.
Also, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will donate $2 dollars for every $1 contributed to PolioPlus.
Strike-Out Hunger is a Regional event spearheaded by the Garden State of Cherry Hill Rotary Club in District 7505 and in conjunction with over 200 Rotary Clubs in five Districts from PA, NJ, DE and MD.
The success the National League Champion Phillies had last year, has made seating for games in most sections, very limited. Because of their commitment to Rotary, we will have blocks of good seats available. I urge you to get your
orders in early.
We ask everyone attending the game to bring non-perishable food and deposit it in the drums at
the ball park entrance for distribution to local food banks.
Reserved areas for Rotarians, Family and Friends at the game. We are looking at OUTFIELD Seat Level in Section 145, 146 for $43.00 per ticket. The Phillies will donate 50% to the Rotary International Foundation in our Club's Name. The Foundation is how we receive District Designated GRANTS, like the one we received for the Boys & Girls Club Playground.

Strike Out Hunger Dinner - Wednesday, August 9th
